Review Why A WordPress Theme Is A Must-Have For Small Business Owners.
I’m a small business owner. Until 1 year ago (February 2009), almost to the week, I could not construct my own web site or blog.In Feb.09 I decided there was a huge opportunity online for offline business owners. So I started researching constructing web sites.I first had to learn how to create a web site. I had paid for two blogs, but they were a disappointment because I had no traffic. I figured if I learned how to build my own site and do the website optimization, then I could take control of my internet marketing. I was right.Little did I realize that there are so many options for building your own internet websites. I hunkered down and built several “practice websites” to see what was best for me. In the end I chose WP.So, after a year’s worth of research, you can review my twelve reasons, as a business owner, for using WordPress are as follows.1. Take control of your online marketing. I quickly tired of counting on someone else to get my internet websites right. If you can construct websites and blogs, then you can plan your entire online campaign.Two. Cost-savings: stop spending thousands any year on new blogs and/or search engine optimization. It is not hard to learn and once you understand Web optimization, you can do it right way for your business.3. After researching how some business owners did so well going web, I understand that I too could enjoy huge growth going internet in a big way. I was right; I’m growing big time as a result of my aggressive web based marketing campaign.4. WordPress practically free. The WordPress software is free. Many themes (i.e. templates) are free. All you need to pay for is hosting, which costs less than $7 per month. That $7 per thirty days with good services will let you host a limitless number of internet websites.5. Speed. Once you are familiar with WP, you will be able to build internet sites very quickly.6. Cutting edge development. Because there is a huge WordPress community contributing to its development, WP is constantly improving enabling better and better web sites. It is not constrained by private ownership.7. Build your internet site to do what you want it to do. With plugins, of which there are thousands, you can click and install all kinds of wonderful functions into your web page. If you want it, chances are there is a plugin for you. Best of all, most plugins are free.8. WordPress is easy-to-use. The WordPress dashboard and most themes are pretty intuitive to use. You don’t need to be a computer programmer at all. The hardest part I found was installing WordPress.org. Once that is done, the rest is pretty simple.9. Search engine marketing is a no-brainer (as long as you understand search engine marketing). What I mean is the various search engines like WP sites (I’ve read that anyway); more importantly, the plugins for Website optimization are simple, free, and make optimizing your internet site so much easier than regular html or other style of sites.10. Range of site styles. Whether you require a commercial site, personal blog, portfolio web page, magazine-style webpage, etc. WP can do it for you. It’s merely a matter of which WP theme you use.11. Content Management System. What this means is it’s easy to add content. Without a doubt, WordPress is one of the easiest internet site platforms for adding content – whether images, videos, articles, etc.12. For greatest ease and the nicest looking site, there are many paid themes available – ranging in price from ten dollars to over one hundred dollars. I use premium themes exclusively now because they are well-coded and in my view, look the nicest. I also love the many very easy customization options available with premium themes.
