My Experience Making Money On The Net

In order to make money on the interenet you need traffic.  I have been messing around a little. I had a plugin installed called Category post which linked to all my post from the homepage. When I had that installed my traffic was climbing up over 300 visits a day (peaked at 330 right before i disabled it). I removed the plugin on the 8th and website traffic has dropped to around 230 a day. I really wanted to try and hold out until the next pagerank update to see what kind of page rank I could get. “IF” I could get it up to PR5 then I was going to go on a massive link build spree again. I love the “how to make money online” niche because people love exchanging links and have no idea about nofollow. :)  I have installed Google adsense and will send you the stats when I get home but I have only had it installed for about 10 days. Last Saturday and Sunday I made 9 dollars and 10 dollars and then all the rest of the days have been around 2-3-5. It seemed like once I removed the category post plugin my CPC dipped also. I don’t know if there is any correlation between the two. I added this email to my analytics for the site. As you can see if you look at the trends from 3 months back to you can see where the site is headed. Also take look at the yahoo traffic. It has really started to pick up. I really want to hold on to the internet money making site because I know the ONLY thing this site needs is age. Its only 6 months old so it doesn’t have much authority within google. I could sit back and in 6-8 months this site could be making 1k a month with nothing else. Maybe just feed a couple articles here and there.
