This person must have at least twelve years of experience in an information technology job. This person must be able to work with other technicians in designing such things as a system and database. The right candidate must also be able to communicate to the management what their goals are. They must be able to communicate and advise the technical staff as to what work needs to be done on the software. In addition to the twelve years of work experience the person applying must have a BS in computer science.
The second position is for a Business Analyst. The company is looking for someone who can perform a variety of functions that pertain to an information technology job. This job includes being a go between the business owners and those working on projects, such as the IT programing staff and management. This person will communicate to those who need to know what the scheduled tasks are and let management know what the progress is on any given project. The job requires the prospective candidate to have a minimum of a BS or BA in education and at least a year of experience. The preferred qualifications for this position is a BS in computer science and at least three years of professional experience.
Yet another position is for a Customer Software Specialist. This company deals in providing technical products for blood banks, hospitals and research centers that do bio research. They are looking for an individual that can work with a specific system but yet provide training to customers and help the solve any technical problems that they may have. To do this information technology job, the prospective candidate needs to have a bachelor degree or training in the field that they are applying for plus at least five years of experience. Know how to solve problems pertaining to the business at have and have some knowledge of the company They must have good customer service skills and be able to deal with customers that are stressed. They must be able to communicate with IT administrators as well as engineers and other professionals that may be working with them on a given project.
