If you will ask me, safety training should always be conducted at least once a month for the benefits of both the workers and the management. This training will teach provide you scenario on how you will avoid getting involved in such incidents. They will learn what to do incase no one is available to help them. This kind of training will definitely benefit the employees in so many ways like, they will know what to do in case they get caught in dangerous situation or they will be aware of the possibilities that could in case a machine or a tool malfunction. With such training, avoid using oral instructions because it could be boring, try the use of acting and performing because this is more effective.It is recommended that when you conduct training; always get in touch with someone who knows how to deal with this matter because trainings can be boring at times. If the person knows how to get the attention of the listener, then all the things that will be discussed will be fully understood by the audience. It is best that the person the conducting the training always involve the participants into the conversation, know their opinions and points of view, let them share whatever they have and always ask them if they have clearly understood the topic. Never let any dull moments happen during the course because this will definitely make them sleepy.Being safe is not something that should be “A CHOICE” by all workers; it is something that is “A MUST” in any workplace. As employees, it is best to know your rights in the company that you are working with.
